What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and ensure Specialty Programs quality data accuracy and reporting for performance management
- Develop and manage payer-specific outputs in supplemental data submission files
- Monitor and audit Specialty Programs quality reports and dashboards for internal and external partners
- Gather and communicate business requirements and project goals effectively
- Participate in business process engineering projects to improve efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree
- 3+ years of health informatics and/or analysis experience
- 2-4 years of experience working with HEDIS analytics and data
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced operational knowledge of Microsoft Office, Tableau, and SharePoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous HEDIS/STARS/Risk Adjustment analytical experience
- 1-2 years of experience supporting the development of scalable analytic and reporting solutions
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
