What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Scan, upload, and label case documents into appropriate electronic medical case files
- Process referrals with strict deadlines and assist in the assignment of Healthcare Professionals
- Perform heavy data entry and manage incoming calls with professionalism
- Interact with Nurses, Insurance Adjusters, and other medical professionals to address inquiries
- Assist with administrative overflow tasks including word processing and internet research

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in computer programs/functions, including MS Word, MS Excel, Email, and Internet
- Basic understanding of medical terminology

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles within a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with Utilization Review processes or medical case management applications
- Experience handling customer service inquiries in a professional setting
