What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support quality analysis, test design, and automation for HEDIS outcomes reporting
- Conduct data validation and ensure readiness for annual measure data
- Collaborate on application design, enhancements, and test automation
- Identify data abnormalities and gaps, contributing to improved performance metrics
- Serve as a subject matter expert on product and data-related content

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience with Python
- Fundamental understanding of advanced digital forensics concepts and OS analysis
- Proficiency with MS Excel (intermediate+)
- Expertise in data validation across various healthcare domains (e.g., Member, Enrollment, Provider)
- Experience with analytics for research and testing to identify data gaps

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with Aha and Rally
- Familiarity with WebdriverIO
- Experience working in a matrix environment
