What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Track and monitor pharmacy 340B program performance
- Collaborate with external trading partners for integration, reporting, and issue resolution
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Interpret data to provide meaningful insights and recommendations
- Create custom reports and dashboards, handle special projects as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
- Experience in business process analysis or related field
- Professional experience in 340B, pharmacy, healthcare, or data analytics
- Proficiency with SQL and data manipulation
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using Power BI and other BI tools
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with management and employees
- Proficient in MS Excel, Access, Word, and SQL
