What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Track and monitor pharmacy 340B program performance and collaborate with external trading partners
- Gather and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders to drive insights
- Utilize SQL queries and Excel extracts to access and interpret necessary data
- Create and deliver custom reports/dashboards while managing small project timelines
- Perform advanced analytical activities to measure and communicate core operational metrics

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field with some experience in business process analysis
- Professional experience in 340B, pharmacy, healthcare, or related data analytics
- Must be a self-starter and self-motivated individual
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large data sets
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

- Experience with Power BI and other business intelligence tools
- Proven ability to handle shifting priorities and manage multiple projects
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with management and employees
- Background in vendor or customer relationship management within the healthcare sector
