  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Conduct audits of admission, discharge, and documentation to ensure proper revenue recognition
  - Verify patient eligibility and coverage guidelines for timely billing
  - Prepare and submit invoices to Accounts Payable for reimbursement
  - Coordinate and analyze documentation and data entry for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer requirements
  - Establish and maintain positive relationships with nursing home facilities and AR teams
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - One to two years of related experience and/or training preferred
  - Two years of home health care or medical office experience preferred
  - Knowledge of insurance reimbursement and authorization processes preferred
  - Skilled in the use of computers and Microsoft Office applications
  - Preferred completion of two years of college
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in healthcare settings or with insurance authorization processes
  - Strong analytical and organizational skills
  - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
