What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide legal and administrative assistance to the General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer, outside counsel, and management
- Assist in compliance and privacy matters, including internal investigations and risk assessments
- Manage corporate records, documents, licenses/permits, and the company contract database
- Support activities during company M&A processes, including due diligence
- Serve as the initial contact for the Compliance/Legal Department
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3-5 years of legal administrative corporate experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, preferably in healthcare
- Paralegal degree/certification, bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and writing skills with the ability to interpret contracts and regulations
- Ability to organize and complete work in a timely manner
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
