What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop new business by identifying prospects and initiating contact for healthcare payments
- Conduct onsite, telephone, or virtual meetings with prospective clients to explain healthcare payment services
- Create and deliver customized client proposals, demonstrations, and presentations
- Negotiate contracts and secure long-term relationships with clients
- Establish and maintain a network of key industry and community contacts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Seven or more years of solution sales experience, preferably in payments and healthcare
- Proven experience in healthcare revenue cycle/technology
- Strong sales and new business development skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience selling to C-suite and end-user buyers in Revenue Cycle Management and Patient Financial Services
- Ability to generate leads, create needs analysis, and respond to comprehensive RFPs
- Proven track record in negotiating and executing contracts
- Familiarity with healthcare payment products, services, and workflows
