What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Reach out to hospitals, clinics, universities, workforce organizations, and community groups to introduce the employer as a housing resource
- Assist in getting the employer added to hospital “housing resources” pages
- Connect with administrators and support local networking efforts
- Foster partnerships that improve clinician onboarding and housing accessibility
- Perform tasks related to outreach, follow-ups, and relationship-building during business hours
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong communication skills, both via email and phone
- Reliable, organized, and able to follow through on commitments
- Comfortable speaking with hospital and business staff
- Available during business hours for most outreach activities
- Prior experience in sales, outreach, customer service, or a similar role
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Outgoing personality with a willingness to engage with managers and executives frequently
- Experience in healthcare or related fields
