- Recruit and onboard qualified Nurse Practitioners interested in joining Pinch
- Coordinate clinical training events to get providers in new markets setup for success
- Manage and respond to Provider support items in a timely manner
- Support strategic initiatives across our marketplace including new treatment launches, provider enablement, provider experience enhancement
- Serve as our ambassador and first point of contact for all healthcare providers considering Pinch
- 2-5 years of recruiting experience (required)
- Willing to travel 1-2 times per month to new markets (required)
- Early stage startup experience
- Enablement experience
- Thrives in ambiguity

Role:
Pinch is looking for a recruiter to focus on onboarding Nurse Practitioners as we begin our National Expansion. This role will be responsible for recruiting a high volume of qualified Nurse Practitioners, onboarding them to Pinch, and traveling to new markets for training events. Ideal candidates have recruiting experience and are looking for a chance to join a rapidly growing startup while getting exposure to enablement initiatives at scale.
