What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead testing efforts for web applications to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet business requirements
- Oversee the creation and execution of test plans and test cases using testing tools and frameworks
- Provide detailed test metrics and reporting to stakeholders to ensure transparency in the testing process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects, enhancing product quality
- Conduct manual end-to-end business process assurance testing focusing on Claims Provider and Payer domains
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5 - 8 years of experience in healthcare testing with the ability to lead a team
- Experience in healthcare application testing, specifically with Payer, provider, and claims testing
- Familiarity with healthcare EDI testing is preferable
- Proficiency in using Excel, Word, and related IT systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with testing tools such as SNOW, RALLY, HP ALM, and Jira
- Proven track record of mentoring junior testers and fostering a learning culture within the team
- Knowledge of industry trends and advancements in testing tools and techniques
