What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and deploy appropriate analytic techniques to solve complex business problems and measurement challenges
- Develop studies to evaluate and improve program performance, including analytic dataset creation and statistical methods
- Collaborate with stakeholders and executive leadership to understand business needs and interpret actionable findings
- Manage multiple priorities independently while meeting non-negotiable deadlines
- Anticipate stakeholder needs and proactively develop solutions to address them

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with statistical techniques such as regression and difference-in-difference analysis
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare outcomes research
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with large-scale medical and pharmacy claims datasets
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with advanced SAS programming
- Proven excellent verbal and written communication, time/project management, problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience with statistical techniques such as regression, trajectory balancing, and difference-in-difference analysis
- Subject matter expertise in leveraging multiple disparate data sources
- Experience with behavioral health conditions and treatments
- Proficiency in R or Python
