What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming calls and prioritize, screen, and redirect as needed
- Schedule, cancel, and reschedule appointments for patients following departmental procedures
- Accurately capture demographic and health insurance information from callers
- Process payments for co-pays, pre-pays, and outstanding balances
- Transfer calls to Telehealth nurses and escalate calls as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma
- One year of data look-up/data entry experience
- Two years of customer service experience involving complex analytical problem-solving skills
- One year of call center experience with an emphasis in customer service/medical industry
- Bilingual Spanish proficiency
