      • Starting Wage $104,422 - $114,865 including 20% Geo Modifier
      • $3,500 Flight Instructor Stipend
      • $5,000 Check Airman Stipend
      • 15K Sign-On Bonus upon completion of new hire pilot training
      • 40K Retention Bonus after 36 Months in the GMR Pilot Retention Bonus Plan
      • 7/7 Schedule

      Training & Instruction:

      • Deliver initial and recurrent ground and flight training to ensure pilots meet operational and FAA requirements.
      • Prepare pilots for line duty in assigned aircraft and for successful FAA checkrides.
      • Develop and implement training programs that align with operational excellence and safety.
      • Participate in pilot performance evaluations and skills assessments.

      Leadership & Development:

      • Serve as a mentor and leader to lead pilots and aviation line instructor pilots.
      • Support new base development through clinical leadership and mentoring.
      • Assist in performance improvement programs (PIP) under the guidance of the Director of Standardization and Training.

      Program Oversight:

      • Oversee pilot education, training documentation, and quality assurance within the assigned group.
      • Contribute to the hiring process for aviation personnel.
      • Coordinate training that supports CAMTS standards and monthly base reviews.

      Compliance & Operations:

      • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including the GOM, Ops Specs, Aviation Training Manual, and SOPs.
      • Fill in as a line pilot when required (e.g., vacations, sick leave).
      • Maintain ongoing professional development and attend meetings as required.

      Minimum Flight Requirements:

      • 3,000 hours total time (helicopter)
      • 1,500 hours PIC (helicopter)
      • 500 hours cumulative night experience

      Licenses & Certifications:

      • Certified Flight Instructor (CFI recommended; CFII preferred)
      • ATP rating (preferred)
      • Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate

      Preferred Experience:

      • FAR Part 135 and EMS experience
      • NVG experience
      • Strong background in flight instruction

      Workplace & Schedule:

      • Based at a location agreed upon with the Director of Operations (not necessarily an operating base).
      • Schedule: Typically 7 days on / 7 days off (84-hour pay period), including weekends and day/night flight duty.
      • Travel may be required in advance of assignments, with expenses reimbursed per company policy.

      Reporting Structure:

      Reports directly to the Director of Standardization and Training or designated supervisor.
