What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound customer calls in a 24/7 call center environment, providing support for clinical applications
- Respond to service desk calls regarding workflow issues, application errors, user access, and functionality
- Track, document, and resolve or escalate incident tickets in a timely manner
- Maintain a designated workspace and remain available in the phone queue for 8 to 10 hours with scheduled breaks
- Ensure a quiet workspace with high-speed, wired internet and communicate effectively with management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a healthcare setting
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 4 years of service desk/helpdesk experience or a combination of education and technical troubleshooting experience
- Minimum of 1 year of technical troubleshooting experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience in a call center environment
- Strong listening capabilities to fully understand caller's needs and requests
- Proficient typing and English language skills, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
