What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound service desk calls from healthcare customers regarding clinical applications such as Epic, Cerner, McKesson, and Meditech
- Track, document, and resolve incident tickets in a timely manner
- Maintain a quiet and private workspace with reliable internet connection
- Provide support in a 24/7 call center environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Lift equipment up to 25 lbs. if necessary and ensure effective communication with management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of service desk/helpdesk experience or equivalent combination of education and technical troubleshooting experience
- Minimum of 1 year of technical troubleshooting experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to remain on the phone for extended periods and respond to customer needs
- Strong typing and English language skills, both verbal and written
