What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound customer calls in a 24/7 call center environment, providing support for clinical applications such as Epic and Cerner
- Track, document, and escalate incident tickets in a timely manner
- Drive resolution of incidents while maintaining communication with healthcare customers
- Maintain a designated workspace and remain in the phone queue for scheduled shifts
- Ensure a quiet, private workspace with high-speed, wired internet access
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of call center or customer service experience
- Minimum of 4 years of service desk/helpdesk experience or equivalent combination of education and technical troubleshooting experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of technical troubleshooting experience
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. if needed for equipment setup
