      Job Description:

      IT Helpdesk support responsibilities include providing quality support for PC infrastructure and user community, endorsing appropriate growth, flexibility, performance, and security for H&E’s needs.

      Job Requirements:

      • Accurate and timely usage of Ticket system

      • Ensure that policies and procedures are practiced and documented

      • Maintaining technical expertise in assigned areas by actively participating in all training opportunities

      • Researching and developing new and emerging technologies to achieve better overall system reliability and performance

      • Maintaining open dialogue with current staff members to stay apprised of systems status and issues

      • Constantly evaluating current policies, procedures and practices to ensure desired results

      • Working with staff members to ensure the proper configuration and maintenance of existing and newly installed systems

      • Ensure highest quality level of customer service by remaining polite, informative and accurate with all statements to H&E user community

      • Utilize appropriate quoting practices to ensure fair pricing of products among vendors

      • Develop and monitor existing documentation to ensure quality and accuracy of current processes and activities

      • Maintain systems to applicable regulatory standards

      • High School Diploma or Equivalent required

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree preferred

      • Previous helpdesk experience preferred
