What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide helpdesk support for desktop and laptop issues
- Assist end users with technical problems related to desktop support
- Communicate effectively with users to diagnose and resolve issues
- Maintain knowledge of current technology and support processes
- Document and track support requests and resolutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 months to 3 years of experience in desktop support
- Strong technical knowledge of desktops and laptops
- Proficient communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of desktop support processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with remote support tools and software
- Experience in a fast-paced IT environment
- Additional certifications in desktop support or related fields
