Job Description

- Ensures to the adherence of IT workstation hardening procedures with system setups and ongoing maintenance.
- Ensures to the adherence of employee creation and termination of company policies/procedures regarding usercreation, maintenance and removal.
- Responsible for providing 1st level support for all WestStar end user phone system issues.
- Responsible for modifying/updating employee information based on relocation, position change, etc.
- Responsible for deployment/updating of approved software to end users.
- Responsible for providing 1st level support for all areas relating to application, data processing operations and 3rdparty Software.
- Responsible for providing 1st level support for all network access issues for end users.
- Responsible for providing 1st level support of cash dispenser and cash recycler issues.
- Troubleshoots PC hardware, peripherals problems and perform PC maintenance and repair as necessary.
- Responsible for the relocation of PCs and related data processing equipment as required.
- Troubleshoots network/PC-based printers and scanners.
- Responsible for overseeing printer toner inventory and keeping stock up to par. Responsible for maintaining allWestStar printers.
- Troubleshoots Fax-over-IP issues with end users.
- Maintains accurate listing of bank’s PC hardware/software inventory with asset management inventory software.
- Responsible for employee setup and support for ZixOne/BYOD access.
- Responsible for providing 1st level support for all WestStar employees and their respective customers with their use of the encrypted email service.
- Responsible for processing IT Security Exceptions/Exemption forms.
- Responsible for 1st level support to remote access laptop users.
- Serves as a backup role to the IT support manager in various duties and responsibilities.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical field or combination of education and experience
- Experience in PC maintenance and repair
- Strong interpersonal skills
