      Fulfill requests for wireless feature changes, program changes, service interruptions, cellular services, 3P access requirements, transfers of billing responsibility, porting lines to other carriers, etc.Identifies and resolves technical issues in mobile apps on both iOS and Android platforms.Troubleshoots network connectivity and device functionality to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
