- Healthcare Ecosystem Understanding – Deep knowledge of the relevant healthcare ecosystem, Health Care Providers, payors, patients flow, pathologies and therapeutic options, Company resources available to the Sales Representative, Company procedures and policies.
- Territory Planning – Planning through a complete and effective analysis of the reference area and customers, using available data and approved resources to efficiently prioritize activities.
- Strategic Alignment – Ensuring that planning is effective, measurable, and integrated with the activities of other colleagues in the same territory.
- Execution & Customer Value – Execution of the tactics through collaboration with other team members to create a positive experience and value for the customer, using resources and a multi-channel approach and achieving appropriate Key Performance Indicators.
- Scientific Degree (D.Lgs. 219/2006)
- English proficiency (at least B2)
- Previous experience as ISF / Product Specialist in a structured pharmaceutical company
- Previous experience in specialty/specialized therapeutic areas (e.g., Hematology, Oncology, Immunology)
- Knowledge and practical use of AI tools for sales optimization and customer engagement
- Strong learning agility, self-motivation, and resilience
- Strong communication and analytical/logical skills
- Strong ability to work cross functionally on patient-focused dialogue
- Competitive Selling Skills
- Excellent Account management skill and resource planning
- Excellent ability of hybrid engagement

Contract Type: 12 months contract – Agency/Staffing Agreement
Organization Overview
The role of Sales Representative is constantly evolving, with a marked focus on fully understanding the business to which it belongs and on planning activities on his/her area of responsibility. An integrated approach is required, which leverages on multi-channel solutions and interactions, with a good mix between personal interaction and virtual touchpoints with customers.
The Sales Representative will utilize AI-powered tools to enhance customer engagement, optimize territory planning, and deliver data-driven insights. The main purpose is to create a positive customer experience by identifying key needs and offering valuable solutions to achieve business objectives.
