      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve or exceed sales goals by promoting hematology therapeutic products within the assigned territory
      - Develop a deep understanding of accounts and customer sentiments towards ZYNLONTA®
      - Educate healthcare providers on ZYNLONTA® and ensure a positive customer experience
      - Create and execute effective territory management and account plans utilizing market data
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement approved sales and marketing strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
      - Minimum of 5 years in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Medical Device industry
      - Preferred experience in Oncology/Hematology
      - Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
      - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Established customer rapport and relationships in the geographic area
      - Experience with buy and bill products
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Motivated by patient focus and urgency in service delivery
      - Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
