      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive clinical and procedural excellence in hernia disease management to achieve growth
      - Develop strategic account plans and foster key customer relationships
      - Execute robotic integration initiatives and leverage sales initiatives
      - Engage customers to improve patient outcomes and procedural adoption
      - Implement market development programs and therapy awareness initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree
      - Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
      - Field-based role that requires 50% travel within the territory
      - Valid driver's license required
      - Strong communication and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2 years of proven sales experience in the medical device or healthcare industry
      - Understanding of clinical environments and ability to communicate complex product information
      - Experience managing key customer relationships with decision-makers
      - Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
