      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop expertise in hernia procedures to drive above-market growth
      - Create and execute targeted strategies to enhance hernia market share
      - Strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders in hernia disease management
      - Lead efforts to integrate robotic surgery into hernia procedures
      - Achieve and exceed sales quotas while effectively managing opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree
      - Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
      - Field-based role that requires 50% travel within the territory
      - Strong understanding of clinical environments and ability to communicate complex product information
      - Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2 years of proven sales success, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry
      - Experience in building and managing key customer relationships with decision-makers
      - Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., SF.com) and Microsoft Office Suite
      - Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans that drive growth
      - Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
