      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive in-home services to expectant parents and families with young children
      - Establish and maintain trusting, supportive relationships with families that respect diverse parenting practices and structures
      - Conduct family assessments using validated tools and partner with families to develop individualized Family Service Plans
      - Promote parent-child bonding, healthy growth and development, and overall family well-being
      - Accurately document home visits, assessments, and service plans in accordance with standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required
      - Prior experience working with or providing services to children and families is required
      - Knowledge of infant and child development, parent-child attachment, and family-centered practice
      - Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation required
      - Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - College coursework in human services, child development, social work, psychology, or a related field preferred
      - Experience in home visiting, early childhood development, or family support programs is highly desirable
      - Infant Mental Health Endorsement preferred
      - Bilingual or multilingual abilities preferred but not required
