What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a liaison in the Call Center for customer inquiries
- Provide accurate and professional service to customers
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding plan information
- Meet individual Call Center performance standards
- Participate in special projects as requested by management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience
- 1 year of related work experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Ability to talk and type simultaneously and communicate effectively
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Applications
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Completion of Bi-lingual/Medical Interpretation test
- Previous experience in a healthcare-related service
