      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and optimize the lead acquisition process from initial contact to client qualification
      - Coordinate with global team members to ensure project milestones are met
      - Analyze lead data and KPIs to refine strategies and improve conversion rates
      - Implement process improvements in acquisition funnels and communication touchpoints
      - Operate independently while leveraging existing systems and best practices for success

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years in project management, business development, or high-ticket sales roles
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives
      - Analytical thinker familiar with CRMs and performance metrics (A/B testing or CRO is a plus)
      - Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
      - Comfortable working on a 100% commission basis
