      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare and organize listing materials, disclosures, and marketing content
      - Monitor contract-to-close timelines and coordinate with clients, attorneys, and lenders
      - Maintain and improve internal systems, workflows, and the CRM database
      - Coordinate closing gifts and support branded outreach initiatives
      - Assist with posting content across social platforms and contribute to brand consistency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years in real estate operations, listing coordination, or high-level administrative support
      - Strong understanding of the real estate process from pre-listing to post-closing
      - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
      - Proficiency in Google Workspace, Docusign, Canva, Follow Up Boss, and MLS systems
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with social media marketing and content scheduling
      - Problem-solving skills with a proactive and resourceful approach
      - Familiarity with event organization and client relationship building
