What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the principal in supervising overall school operations for a virtual instructional program
- Ensure teachers maintain professionalism and provide high-quality instructional support
- Manage relationships with local and state school officials and ensure compliance with policies
- Oversee the implementation of standardized testing and student participation initiatives
- Provide regular updates and reports to the principal and maintain communication with staff and families

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior school leadership experience
- Arkansas Administrator Certificate required
- Advanced degree in education or a related field
- Prior teaching experience
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
