      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with supporting the school's mission, goals, and improvement plans
      - Oversee student data accounting functions, including attendance and reporting
      - Collaborate with the administrative team to implement and monitor the school year cycle
      - Provide leadership and support in evaluating staff effectiveness in a performance-based environment
      - Manage the process of contacting students post-withdrawal to ensure they are engaged in another schooling option

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's in Education and Principal Certification
      - Minimum of three (3) years of successful teaching experience
      - Certificate of completion of a TxVSN approved online facilitator's course or commitment to complete it upon hire
      - Strong communication skills, both oral and written
      - Excellent organizational skills and a customer-focused approach

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior virtual school administrative experience
      - Operational or logistics experience
      - Demonstrated leadership skills in a team-oriented environment
      - Strong technology skills, particularly with Microsoft OS and MS Office programs
      - Willingness to travel for marketing events and state testing
