  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Design full-course curricula for high school STEM subjects, including unit plans and daily lesson plans
  - Develop high-quality instructional materials such as student-facing lessons, labs, and assessments
  - Ensure curriculum alignment to New York State standards and the organization’s academic vision
  - Collaborate with academic leaders and other curriculum writers for coherence across courses
  - Use feedback from educators and student performance data to improve curriculum materials
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science; Master’s degree preferred
  - At least three years of experience in developing rigorous, standards-aligned curriculum
  - Proven record of driving strong student outcomes through curriculum design
  - Ability to embed inquiry-based learning and analytical thinking in instructional materials
  - Familiarity with New York State educational standards
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience designing curricula for high school STEM subjects such as Robotics or AP Computer Science A
  - Strong background in developing assessments that measure content mastery and skill application
  - A collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork and shared goals
  - Previous experience working in a project-based consulting role
