What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare advertisements for design and update existing marketing files
- Research market data to support the High School team
- Maintain and update contact lists and account information in Salesforce
- Assist with sales data maintenance and generate organized reports for the team
- Participate in weekly progress check-ins with the intern manager
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a college junior, senior, recent graduate, or someone looking to make a career change
- Eagerness to improve verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a group
- Passion for learning and exploring new ideas
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in marketing, publishing, or a related field
- Strong research skills and data analysis capabilities
- Creative mindset with an interest in advertising and promotion
