      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct half-hour calls for 40 hours a week to present and sell online training products to prospects
      - Deliver effective phone presentations, overcome objections, and close sales
      - Follow a proven sales script while incorporating personal style to enhance sales effectiveness
      - Track calls and enroll new students using the employer's technology systems
      - Attend feedback sessions to communicate call outcomes and improve performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2+ years of prior sales experience preferred, with an emphasis on phone sales experience
      - Proven sales track record, including above-quota achievement
      - Strong communication skills with the ability to identify and address customer pain points
      - Exceptional relationship-building abilities and a knack for conversation
      - Highly motivated self-starter who is flexible and responsive to others' needs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in selling online coaching or training programs valued at $5K-$20K+
      - Previous experience in a one-call-close sales environment
      - Demonstrated ability to excel in a competitive sales atmosphere
      - Interest or passion for the speaking industry
