      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-5 years of quota-carrying high ticket sales experience
      - Proficiency in using CRM systems for managing leads and sales processes
      - Proven track record of consistently over-achieving sales quotas
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Reliable phone and internet access for daily operations
