      Description

      We are seeking a motivated and results-driven High Ticket Sales Closer Agent to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads and set appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

      Compensation: Commission only + bonuses ($60k-$80k per year)

      Responsibilities
      • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
      • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and schedule appointments for the sales team.
      • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings to potential customers. 4. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in the CRM system. 5. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads. 6. Continuously update knowledge of our products/services and industry trends. 7. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for setting appointments. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
      • Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls daily to prospective clients.
      • Achieve a 30% appointment-setting quota on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. 3. Maintain a high conversion rate of leads to appointments.
      • Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics set by management. 5. Demonstrate continuous improvement in call efficiency and effectiveness.

      Qualifications
      • Proven experience in outbound sales or appointment setting role preferred.
      • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
      • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
      • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes is a plus.
      • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
