What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage in deep, question-led discovery dialogue to identify client challenges and needs
- Follow the proprietary selling framework to guide leads through the sales process
- Build and maintain relationships with leads using a consultative sales approach
- Achieve or exceed sales quotas and performance expectations consistently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-ticket sales or a consultative sales process
- Proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Strong self-starter with a drive for success and the ability to work independently
- Experience with CRM systems and excellent people skills to create rapport
