      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer inbound calls and emails regarding recruitment queries
      - Schedule interviews and conduct phone interviews with candidates, taking detailed notes
      - Source candidates through online databases and determine their qualifications
      - Collaborate with hiring managers and the recruitment team in a remote setting
      - Update candidate statuses in the ATS (ADP Workforce Now) and ensure legal compliance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1+ year of experience in high-volume recruiting, ideally in a service industry
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish
      - Located in US Central or Mountain time zone
      - Ability to travel for in-person training in Tampa, FL
      - Associate's degree in any field

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous hybrid or remote experience
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
      - Experience with recruitment processes, ATS, and online databases
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Proven customer service skills with the ability to answer questions
