What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with administration of pre-employment screening processes
- Conduct searches for qualified candidates through various sources
- Create and maintain written recruiting plans
- Conduct phone screens and interviews for applicants
- Maintain data integrity of recruiting system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of recruiting experience or equivalent
- Knowledge of compensation and employment regulations for federal contracting
- High volume recruiting experience is preferred
- Recruiting within the Humanitarian space is preferred
- Ability to write effective job descriptions and post to targeted job boards
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Talent Acquisition or Staffing Coordination
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate compensation and benefit plans
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
