What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead project work streams utilizing employer tools and methodologies to implement comprehensive solutions
- Collaborate with client staff and leadership while managing and mentoring junior staff

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current U.S. work authorization required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting, higher education, healthcare, or relevant fields
- Experience working in an IRB/HRPP office of a university, hospital, or research institute
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified IRB Professional (CIP)
- Experience in research administration, research strategy/transformation, or regulatory compliance
- Previous consulting experience
