What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop sales enablement materials, including call scripts, templates, and customer-facing assets
- Tailor messaging based on sales motion, persona, and business line
- Publish and maintain enablement content within the Highspot platform
- Collaborate with various teams to clarify requirements and optimize content
- Monitor content usage to inform updates and improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2C/B2B marketing, sales enablement, or a related role
- Proven experience creating enablement content for sales or frontline teams
- Hands-on experience using Highspot or a similar enablement platform
- Strong writing, editing, and messaging skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience
- Experience in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
- Familiarity with sales processes and customer engagement strategies
