      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Align technology solutions with business strategies by identifying opportunities to enhance business processes
      - Act as a technical liaison between vendors and customer management, ensuring effective communication and service delivery
      - Analyze business requirements and advise on information system technologies’ functionality and implementation needs
      - Develop and maintain credibility and effective working relationships with IT personnel and stakeholders
      - Focus on HIM EHR and supporting applications, including HIM Coding and HIM DMS applications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree or equivalent combination of formal education and experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in business systems analysis or business unit experience working closely with IT
      - Strong technical knowledge and ability to communicate complex concepts in understandable terms
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
      - Ability to solve problems that span multiple environments within a business area

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement
      - Experience in the strategic use of technology for managing and growing a business
      - Familiarity with project management concepts and execution from vision through implementation
      - Knowledge of HL7 standards
      - Experience in organizing and planning projects involving internal personnel and vendors
