What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform analysis of workflow and assessment of system needs and requirements
- Plan, design, and test systems and interfaces
- Coordinate work efforts with applicable MIS and organizational personnel
- Train end-users as needed
- Document and troubleshoot work involved in systems implementation and maintenance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Must obtain Epic certification
- Experience supporting Epic and/or other healthcare information systems
- PC-based computer skills, spreadsheet and word processing proficiency
- Five (5) years MIS and/or business related experience, including two (2) years in similar and related position

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CPHMIS Certification
- Epic Certifications: HIM Release of Information, HIM Deficiency Tracking, HIM Hospital Coding, Identity
- OnBase and RightFax Admin experience
- 3M Admin/software installation experience highly preferred
