What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle high-volume inbound calls to verify essential patient information
- Record, verify, and input all gathered information accurately
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and internal company protocols
- Make outbound calls as needed to follow up on patient records
- Maintain precise records for healthcare clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace
- Must reside within Tennessee
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in healthcare or medical records is highly preferred but not required
