What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle outbound member phone calls to assist in scheduling preventative health services with assigned doctors
- Ensure quality customer service by proactively identifying member needs for preventative services
- Partner with other representatives to resolve complex customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate documentation for all transactions and meet established productivity standards
- Work bilingually in English and Spanish to enhance member communication

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service experience with problem-solving skills
- Bilingual verbal and written fluency in English and Spanish
- Ability to work Monday - Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM Arizona Time Zone

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience in a pediatric medical office
- Experience in the Managed Healthcare industry
- Familiarity with EPSDT (Early and Periodic Screening Diagnostic and Treatment) Services
