What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as an expert in functionality and specifications, leading clients through interface and product implementation processes
- Implement and configure interface engines to integrate products with client systems
- Analyze data and system configurations for technical issue resolution and information extraction
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to meet deadlines and deliver client-specific implementation needs
- Stay updated on new features and contribute to the growth of implementation infrastructure

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or higher AND five (5) years of experience working with HL7 interfaces
OR
- High School Diploma/GED AND seven (7) years of experience working with HL7 interfaces
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in implementation and training for HL7 interface related products and processes
- Familiarity with cloud architectures and relevant technologies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with InterSystems Ensemble, HealthShare, or Iris
- Working knowledge of MS SQL, Windows Server, and LAN/WAN TCP/IP environments
