      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with business and technology teams to define project scope, objectives, and system requirements
      - Schedule and facilitate meetings with stakeholders and maintain documentation of discussions and action items
      - Analyze data for accuracy and efficiencies, providing clear communication of findings
      - Provide technical support for systems, ensuring processes run smoothly and enhancing the end-user experience
      - Produce reports based on data analysis and system testing, identifying areas for improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operations Support, OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of relevant experience
      - Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis
      - Proven ability to document business and functional requirements
      - Experience in providing technical support for systems
      - Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst with a focus on MainFrame systems
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
      - Familiarity with ALM, Jira, SharePoint, and SQL Queries
      - Experience with Hogan systems, particularly in deposits
