      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide crisis intervention services in a home-based environment with flexible scheduling
      - Conduct comprehensive assessments of family strengths and needs, and collaborate in goal setting
      - Tailor services and sessions based on the individual needs of family members
      - Advocate for families and provide concrete services to meet their needs
      - Collaborate with community resources and maintain relationships with service providers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in human services, or a Master's degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling
      - At least two years of experience in home-based and/or crisis intervention services
      - Valid NYS driver's license
      - LMSW or LMHC licensure preferred
      - Experience with the Homebuilder model of crisis intervention is preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in crisis intervention services, particularly in home-based settings
      - Familiarity with community resources and advocacy for families in crisis
      - Additional certifications related to mental health or crisis intervention
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and outcome-oriented environment
