What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect, cultivate, and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through various channels
- Conduct thorough needs analyses to understand clients' financial goals and insurance needs
- Educate clients on different life insurance policies and tailor solutions to their requirements
- Present insurance policy options, explaining features, benefits, exclusions, and costs clearly
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Life insurance license required; bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred
