What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule employees according to the client’s care plan established upon intake
- Manage and create work schedules, accommodating changes due to client requests or employee absences
- Provide alternate coverage to ensure uninterrupted client services
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring accurate documentation
- Coordinate client care with team members and address issues that arise with clients and their families
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred but not required
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in scheduling home care or disability care preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test, and have reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a home care, elder, or disability care capacity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and scheduling programs
- Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
